Our Chef, Ryan Hajj, is a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in New York. Chef Ryan had the opportunity to work in some of the most incredible restaurants including Le Bernardin in New York. Le Bernardin holds several records in New York including “Best Restaurant Design” and an “Outstanding Restaurateur”. It received a four-star review from New York Times only 3 months after it opened and is the only four-star restaurant that has maintained its status of excellence for more than 3 decades. Chef Ryan has had the opportunity to be a part of many categories of excellence and service within the food industry.
We have worked to package our meals in a way that lets you bring the quality of our meals into your home. We always love to see you in person at our truck which was designed for your ultimate food truck experience, but even when we can't we ensure that your dining experience is top-notch!
We refuse to compromise on quality at our food truck. That's why we source our fresh ingredients from local farmers' markets. No matter what time of year, you can be sure you're eating the best of the season.
